I can't tell you how excited I was when I found this recipe. I am a Rochester native but recently relocated out of state. I get incredibly homesick when it comes to signature upstate/central/western NY food (if I could get a garbage plate mailed to me on a regular basis, I totally would)! I also have a pretty small kitchen in my apartment so I was never adventurous enough to make chicken riggies - no time for major clean up and no space for so many pots, pans, cutting boards, etc. I'll definitely be making it this week! 2ff7e9595c
